Experience
Eric is the founder of MPCS General Contracting, but his story doesn't begin with a title—it begins with a paintbrush.
From a young age, his father, a man with skilled hands and a patient gaze, taught him the value of fixing things yourself. “I always liked working with my hands,” Eric says. “My first job was painting, and that’s how I got started in the maintenance world.”
Thirty years later, now as a client in the industry, he understood what is really needed from the other side: reliability, good communication, and commitment. “I experienced the mistakes—the poor delivery, the lack of follow-through, the absence of supervision. That’s when I said to myself: I can do this better.”
Today, he leads MPCS General Contracting with a clear philosophy: excellence means a satisfied customer. And that’s not just talk—it’s action. Every project is managed with high standards, attention to detail, and the ability to see beyond the blueprint.
